Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We would have only been able to reimburse you if you had initially visited us for the repairs. Unfortunately, because you took your vehicle to a different shop, too much time had passed and GM is now unable to accept your claim. Our manager has provided with you to GM Customer Care number if you would like to discuss this with them further. We apologize for any confusion around this issue.

Don’t you think I would have saved myself the hassle and brought my car to you guys and saved myself $700? I was told that you would reimburse me even if I went to a different shop. (Also I have it in writing) Just would need to bring in the receipt. I’m just writing this review so this doesn’t happen to someone else.
