If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I dropped off my car for the entire day when I have been very busy, for an oil change and detail. The dip stick is missing on my car and the detail was so poorly done that when I got my car back I had to call and they told me it was cleaned for hours and basically it was clean, which it was not. I literally ran my finger across panels to reveal black dust all over my finger. Then they told me to bring it back, and I told them that I am busy every single day and won’t be available until the first week in September and they said well the car better not be dirty. The fact that a detail should make a car look new and not just barely cleaned and then for them to not believe me is insane. More
