Communication is lacking. I dropped my vehicle off at 8 am and had to make a call at 4 to find out if the repairs were finished or not. Also felt as if I was a burden when I arrived no one wanted to leave their desks to greet and offer to get my service started for me. When I did call was told by Nick he would have needed part next morning and he would call around 10 to tell me it was completed. Once again no call and finally received another text at 3:04 that it was all set. More
