Went in for body damage. Estimate was quoted @ almost $5,000, which my job paid for. I pointed out the damage to my rear wiper AND my tail light/bar, during said estimate, wh Estimate was quoted @ almost $5,000, which my job paid for. I pointed out the damage to my rear wiper AND my tail light/bar, during said estimate, which apparently WAS NOT included in estimate and SHOULD HAVE BEEN included in said estimate, but WAS NOT!!! The paint job was done nicely, but the job was unfinished. More

I came in on January 20 to get my oil change and tire rotation done. On Thursday I noticed that my tires weren't rotated. I called on Friday and told Nick about it. He questioned me so I explained I have rotation done. On Thursday I noticed that my tires weren't rotated. I called on Friday and told Nick about it. He questioned me so I explained I have one tire that goes low and I know that one was on the front passenger side. And I also had a tire that I had a rim fixed and it has a different valve stem on the front right. Well when I went to air up my tire. The same two were on the front. He told me to bring it back in on Saturday. So I did bring it back in on Saturday.I shouldn't have to make two trips for one service. And I never got an apology for the inconvenience. More
