Service Department worst in the state I bought my car in August of 2014, 3 weeks after I bought the car, they had to replaced the transmission, now 2 years later I brought the car back and I bought my car in August of 2014, 3 weeks after I bought the car, they had to replaced the transmission, now 2 years later I brought the car back and told them the issues and they kept it over night and did not fix what I asked them. I took the car to a dodge dealership only to find out they have to replace a 2 year old transmission. When I called to find out the warranty on the transmission the service department (Mike) tried to argue with me about what I asked them to look at. He was rude and I am surprisingly wondering why he still has a job there. I would not have them work on a go cart. Poor service department and lack of professionalism. Do not let them work on your car! More
Best vehicle purchase ever! I had the best experience buying my Cadillac from Boucher Chevrolet Cadillac! My salesman was Dogan Gregory. I found the vehicle online and contacted I had the best experience buying my Cadillac from Boucher Chevrolet Cadillac! My salesman was Dogan Gregory. I found the vehicle online and contacted the dealership. He sent me a personalized video showing the inside and outside. I worked out an "out the door" price via email with Lisa Smoody and she sent a car to pick me up 3.5 hours away and take me to pick it up. I test drove it and loved it. They had the paperwork ready for me to sign, the car was detailed, and the gas tank was full. I have never had this kind of experience purchasing a vehicle and I've bought several. I highly recommend Dogan for your next purchase! More

I have had nothing but bad luck and troubles with it three months into owning it. To the point where I couldn't drive it or start it. I brought it to Boucher to get it looked at and see what was wrong. My dad recommended Mory to me since he knows him. And well, I'm glad he did. Mory has been super helpful the whole time. Seeing what he can do for me, how to help and was very understanding that I needed to take it to a few other shops to get some other things done at a cost I can afford. I'm 21 and a student. I don't have much money and the LeSabre was suppose to be an alternative to my Regal which was to much work. Mory has been great though. Above and beyond with customer care and service. It means a lot and I hope that if you do need help. Mory Decker is the man you should see. More
Will not rest emissions on my dodge pickup On a Tuesday evening around 4pm I brought in my 2001 Dodge Ram 2500. After waiting nearly 25 minutes a sales representative came into the waiting area On a Tuesday evening around 4pm I brought in my 2001 Dodge Ram 2500. After waiting nearly 25 minutes a sales representative came into the waiting area and told me they could not complete my emissions test because it was a dodge. Maybe that is something you could have told me when I walked in. This is not the first negative experience I have had with this dealership as they previously damaged one of my vehicles when it was in for warranty service. I will never give this dealership a penny of my hard earned dollars. If I could I would leave a 0 star review More
UNSATISFACTORY, INADEQUATE SERVICE Dec 1—It has been 1 week and 6 days without my car. Unfortunately, I did not receive the satisfaction of customer service Boucher Cadillac of Racin Dec 1—It has been 1 week and 6 days without my car. Unfortunately, I did not receive the satisfaction of customer service Boucher Cadillac of Racine states their service standards are posted on their website http://www.frankboucherchevrolet.com/ “Our service department offers the best in automotive service to our customers…. our highly skilled factory-trained technicians will deliver efficient, quality vehicle care.” I had first brought my 2012 Buick Regal Turbo to have a warranty issue resolved with my sun roof and sagging headliner. I was advised by a service team member I would need new brackets for the headliner but the sun roof had been fixed. I picked my car up awaiting my next appointment to fix the headliner. A day I later realized the headliner was damaged with multiple oil prints throughout the entire unit at which time I immediately contacted the dealership. I was told I would need to bring in the car for inspection as it would require management’s approval to replace the entire unit. I brought the car in and was told no inspection was necessary and that they would replace the headliner without question. Nov 17—I dropped my car off and was not provided with a follow up phone call so I later went to pick car up in the evening; I was told it was not ready at which time they provided a rental. Nov 20—I was advised by the service team member a new headliner was put in but after his inspection he determined it did not meet his standards and the piece did not fit properly. He proceeded to tell me that he realized there was a dent in the box it came in, causing the new piece not to fit. He stated the job was time consuming and took at least 16 hours. He further projected the new headliner should arrive Nov 24. Nov 20—I went to gather personal items out of my car—I was not allowed back to my car by the service team member and was told someone would get them for me as I waited. Nov 22- I went back to the dealer to get additional items at which time I met a service tech in back by my car AND DISCOVERED THE HEADLINER IN THE CAR HAD MULTIPLE OIL PRINTS/DAMAGE. Week of Nov 24—No update or communication provided from the service team member on the status Nov 28-I had later that week contacted the dealer to question the damaged headliner discovered in my car on Saturday Nov 22. I told the service team member his stories were not adding up, making sense as to why he wouldn't allow me back to get my personal belongings and what I had discovered that previous Saturday when I went back to my car-----Either the second headliner had oil prints ALSO or they took the time (16 hrs according to them) to install the new one, after discovering it did not fit, took it out and reinstalled the original. The service team member continued to elude the truth as I continued questioning him. I requested some kind of compensation for the inconvenience and negligence in the first place with the headliner; nothing was provided or suggested. I proceeded to say that I would not be filling up the gas tank and was then told they would not pay for the gas and they were providing me a rental only. I REITERATED THAT I WOULD NOT NEED A RENTAL AT ALL HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR THE OIL DAMAGED HEADLINER AND NEGLIGENCE INITIALLY. I had said that I would expect a timely request for a new headliner by shipping NDA or 2nd day air due to the current situation. His response, “Well then would you like your car back to have while we are waiting for the new headliner?” Nov 28—My Boyfriend went to Boucher Racine and spoke with the actual service tech who was waiting to perform the installation and the service team member we were consistently dealing with. The service tech advised my boyfriend that new headliner was NEVER installed as HE noticed a defect upon delivery, shedding light on the actual series of events that had really occurred which were not what we were told by the service team member. My boyfriend confronted the service team member about lying throughout the duration of the two weeks regarding the new headliner and also advised the service team not to put back together the disassembled car to take back while waiting for the new headliner to prevent the potential for further damage. White Diamond Cadillac Deille 1998 Misrepresented First of all people who rate all car dealers as great need to have their head examined as any well seasoned person knows they make tons of money and w First of all people who rate all car dealers as great need to have their head examined as any well seasoned person knows they make tons of money and will sell you just about anything if they can off of their lot, and a lot of times they cannot tell you anything about the car as it came from an auction. Carfax does not tell you everything either so don't think that is always good--its not. You need the actual service records. Just look at their big fancy buildings and parking lots and how many places they own! I prefer small town to big corporate places but I gave this place a chance as Patrick the sales guy was so nice on the phone. I regret that now but you live and learn. Anyway...My experience with Boucher was horrible. Patrick Wiekert was my salesman and I inquired about this 98 Cadillac Deville, White Diamond paint and a Special Edition with all the gold emblems on it. He told me the Vogue tires were old so they needed to be replaced and he said it was great other than that! I scheduled a Hertz Rental car as a drop off in Racine since I lived 200 miles away and had nobody to help me out during that time---- and paid for it by Credit card to drive up to see the car on Friday, July 11, 2014, and he knew from our previous emails and mine that I was coming up there that day as I had put a deposit to hold the car a few days earlier that week. Well he called me on that Friday the 11th and said "DON"T COME TODAY! I can't be here to get your commission later this day!" I said "Well I already rented the car so what the heck do you want me to do?" I told him I would be there by 530pm as the Boucher dealership hours were till 9pm that day! He said "OH turn around and go back and I'll discount the car more for the trip but try to get your money back" So I turned the car around and went back to the airport where I had rented it, praying I could get a refund and I had already wasted about 50 miles of gas and my time, needless to say. He later apologized and said it was all his fault and to try again. So I did come up and finally got to see this car that had been misrepresented! The tires were not only old but felt totally wobbly on the road as it drove at speeds of 10 to 50mph. There were door dings all over the right passenger side door and somebody had drilled holes into the back right lower panel to put a side marker molding back on it! All the Gold emblems were either gone or busted half off. The headlamps which he NEVER told me about had loose covers on them which permitted rain to get into the light area which could short out the bulbs. I don't even think this is legal in my state! Anyway---- The back driver side lower chrome molding near the exhaust was lose, too. They were asking almost 6 grand for this car with nearly 50,000 miles on it and you could tell it was not well maintained and somebody just wanted to get rid of it without fixing things. All the book prices said it was not worth anymore than 3000 GRAND MAX!!! IF THAT. They only dropped the price to 5100 plus tax, title and license. Can you believe this? I know they got it dirt cheap on an auction because Patrick told me so. Patrick is a very busy guy so he'd come out and talk a minute while I was there at Boucher and he'd go back in and then out and then in and that is the way it went on the phone and text messaging previously also. Later after I felt anger building and got back home--- I spoke to the GM of the used cars (I guess) and he was only interested in getting me to purchase the car. I said how about giving me $75 bucks for the gas and wasted time I spent driving up here (200 miles from my home!) and then being disappointed when I seen the car? NOPE, it became obvious he had no intention of reimbursing me for not one but TWO times in attempting to see this car (I believe his name was Brian)and he never called me as he said he would do. I am writing this note and telling everyone to be SURE you are careful when you deal with these people at Boucher, because to me it sure seemed as though they had dollar signs in their eyes all the time and no return phone call from the GM gave me that impression big time! Yeah I'm angry! Who wouldn't be? This just happened a few days ago. Its just like many Corporate people in America today---it seems they only think of money and no quality...just sell what you got and too bad---tid bits for you. I will never come here again. NEVER. And if you don't believe me feel free to contact me. I have nothing to hide. I even have pictures of the car. I am an honest American who just values quality and I was looking for a nice car to collect for the future. Thank you! More
