All In The Family I went in to Boucher for winterization of my 2016 Malibu and for checking an engine light. The work was done in great time and professionally. When I left the service area I went to the showroom, as my lease would be up in April 2020, and I didn't want to wait until the last minute. I was actually looking at the Chevy Trax, having driven 2 of them in the past year while work was done on the Malibu. Luke Lueneburg from the sales department took good care of me, and actually told me that my timing was perfect, as customers were being offered employee discounts. Within a couple of hours, I had made a deal for a 2020 Trax in my favorite color, Blue. Nick was very helpful in going through many of the details. Now this was on a Tuesday. I got a call on Friday morning that the new Trax had arrived. I was expecting to spend a couple of hours in the finance office, but it was all prepared, and I just needed to sign or initial the various forms. I have driven the car for about 12 days now, and it is everything I could have hoped for. Today is New Year's Day, and I can begin 2020 knowing that my car needs are taken care of, and I continue to be in good hands. I came back a few days ago with one question on the back seating, and Michael Retlaff very graciously helped me right away. The sales team is excellent, but what keeps bringing me back to Boucher time after time is primarily the great Service Dept. under the guidance of John Kaiser.. More

3 - years running, same problem, no fix. I have been dealing with the same problem for about 3-years now. A known (previous) issue from a previous owner was somehow given to me. (How this I have been dealing with the same problem for about 3-years now. A known (previous) issue from a previous owner was somehow given to me. (How this car was certified I have no idea) They have tried: alignments new tires (3 times) new rims (3 only?) brakes/rotors software updates I have spent much of my time chasing these people down trying to get appointments, over and over.. leaving work early,. taking days off.. for YEARS. I do not get follow up calls (I need to call them, even when they has stated they would call me) I have been told I have appointments only to show up and not have one.. or not have a car available for me. They have lost my keys once too. The list really goes on and on... and yet here I am STILL trying to get this issues taken care of. I left a message days ago saying that the problem is STILL not fixed.. and have yet to get a return call. I was left waiting for a response for over 3 months.. Told there was a GM 'strike' that cause there to be no parts available or loaner cars available?? I was to get a text when things were ready again.... After 1.5 months.. "I" had to call them them (AGAIN) and follow up with getting an appointment. Should it really take 3 years to fix a problem that was brought up the first WEEK I purchased the car? I have tried to contact Cadillac Customer Care as well (twice).. they only want me to bring it back tot he dealer.. (where nothing happens) 3rd Cadillac I have owned in my life. It will be my last. Extremely disappointed with Frank Boucher dealership and the office Cadillac Customer Care service. More
Unfortunate Bought a used Chevy Silverado here. Was a 2010, with less than 70k miles! Wow! Also had aftermarket intake, stereo, and wheels. The exact body I wante Bought a used Chevy Silverado here. Was a 2010, with less than 70k miles! Wow! Also had aftermarket intake, stereo, and wheels. The exact body I wanted since I’m not fond of the newer ones. Long story short, everything that could go wrong has. Truck was in and out of the shop I don’t even know how many times, only to have one of the lead guys give me grief about it. Literally day one driving home is when it all started, and to this day I’m still dealing with it. They 100% did not put any time into inspecting my truck upon receiving it from the previous owner. They sold it to me unaware of all the problems, yet they won’t take it back or give me a fair deal. Will not be going back, and I make sure nobody from my family will ever buy a vehicle there without knowing about this. The excuse given to me, was that it’s my responsibility to take care of the vehicle, and that the salesman who I dealt with had been let go. Problems include not starting, aftermarket parts removed, sensors replaced, rust coming through after them telling me it had been recently fixed, exhaust tube literally cracked in half. Battery replaced, aftermarket camera stopped working a week after purchasing. If you read this, be advised, I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from people who are so quick to make a sale and don’t care about the people they sell to. Spend your money elsewhere where they’ll take care of you! More
