After a few days I called to check on the progress of my repair. I left a message. Several hours later I had to call again to discuss progress with him. People get busy and maybe my call got overlooked, I can understand how those things happen. When he did call when it was time to pick up my car, I did indicate I had a few questions. He told me to stop in after 5:30. When I got there I learned he had already left. I was disappointed about that. More
