Don’t even try to negotiate, the manager Mike Carey essentially kicked us out and dared us to find a better deal, and we did! We took his advice and went to CarMax and got a much better deal on a newer essentially kicked us out and dared us to find a better deal, and we did! We took his advice and went to CarMax and got a much better deal on a newer model car, with an extended warranty for less then they were trying to charge! He was completely unprofessional and I Suggest everyone take his advice and go to CarMax instead of wasting your time here. Unfortunately this meant the sales associate who we worked with lost a sale, even though he was very helpful. The service department has always been great though! More

My sale guy was good. No problems really there. My problem is service and inspection of my vehicle and whom ever makes the decision on repairs that were on my car before I purchased it. My car and a crack in the grill that I did not notice until I purchased it. I have a clear pic of the crack from when I took it before I took the car home at the dealer. The rear view mirror has a hair line crack in it and 2 lugnuts were not correct. None of this was corrected when I took my car back in. While my car was being looked at at some time someone put a chip into my drivers door and dirty my mint interior. Now I will say this. The chip and my interior is being taken care off. But over all experience wasn’t less than a 1 Star. More
