When I took my Hyundai to this dealership for service work, I could not have been happier with the outcome. Work that I had previously had done at another repair facility was still giving me trouble (after bringing it back 3 different times). So, I took my car to Fox Valley Buick since it is so close to my house. Not only was the work completed when promised, but it was done for quite a bit less money than I had paid for the same repairs prior. Mark, the service director, was wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure that my car was fixed properly and was ready when promised. I will now bring my other 3 vehicles to this dealership for all my service needs.
