This was a great experience! I bought my first car here; Glen and the rest of the staff were very respectful and I never felt as though I was being pressured to buy. Stopped in on a whim and ended up with a new(er) car! Ben was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. Usually I absolutely hate new car shopping because it takes soooo long to look, negotiate the price, and Ben was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. Usually I absolutely hate new car shopping because it takes soooo long to look, negotiate the price, and then sign the paper work - but we were driving out of the showroom with our new vehicle in about 2-1/2 to 3 hours. Remember, we went in on a whim ~ I went with my daughter once to pick-up her new car and it took about 2-hours just to sign paperwork. The actual 'signing' for the car took about 10-15 minutes and the lady (sorry didn't catch her name) was very professional and quick. Since this was an impulsive visit - we had not eaten - when Ben found out he took us to the staff room where there had been an Italian feast catered in. So far we are totally pleased with the purchase - can you ever be totally satisfied with price? Ben did such a good job - my husband, 30+ years in sales) made a point of telling the owner. I would recommend this dealership and Ben to friends and family. We are looking forward to coming back for free car washes (the Yukon is a massive vehicle) and oil changes. More

I went to three dealers before deciding on a car. The first visit to Fox Valley was great. Glen was informative and friendly and since I wasn't test driving the car, he wasn't pushy by asking for all of first visit to Fox Valley was great. I chose a car at a different dealer due to lower miles but they were difficult to work with and wouldn't budge on the price or my trade-in. I then went back to Glen and he made the process so easy. I was extremely satisfied with the purchase and the price. My only mark down was that within the first day of having the car, I found a few items that need to be repaired that I thought should have caught before selling the car. Knowing that I have a certified used car, I'm sure they'll fix these items in no time! More

Unlike other car purchases in the past, I did not feel pressured or overwhelmed during negotiations. The negotiations were comfortable and, in the end, I do believe we got a good price. Ben also spent plenty of time with me after our purchase to make sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable on the user functions of the vehicle (e.g. how to set the seat memory). Martha helped me in processing the paperwork and she was very friendly and pleasant. When we purchased our car, we opted for the treatment protection plan (where the interior/exterior is treated and protected as well as warrantied against stains and certain damages). A few days after picking up our vehicle after it was treated, I realized that the small box containing the remote control and headphones for the rear entertainment were no longer in the trunk...we still hadn't unwrapped them and put the batteries in. Although there is a small chance that my wife or I misplaced them, I called service and spoke with Tom Jahn. I explained to him what happened and hoped that maybe the box was accidentally left at the dealership when the car was being treated. Tom checked and asked around but the items were not there. Tom then said to come on in and gave me a brand new unopened box containing 2 new headphones and a remote. He then apologized in the event that it was the dealership that misplaced them. I have to say, of all the dealership service departments I have been to, this was the most generous and professional customer service I have received...especially since there is still a very small chance that my wife or I may have misplaced the items. My hats off to Tom and his department for this exceptional service. I do look forward to having our new vehicle serviced with this dealership in the future! More

I had my 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix towed to Fox Valley GMC due to it not being able to start. The first time I called the Service Dept. to advise them of my situation they were very helpful and gave me the p due to it not being able to start. The first time I called the Service Dept. to advise them of my situation they were very helpful and gave me the phone number to a towing company. My car was towed to them and the next day Tom John advised me that my remote start and alarm system was the problem causing my car not to start. He advised me that in order to fix the problem, they would need to remove my remote start and alarm system from the car. They did so and then I picked up my car. They next day I went to start my car and it was doing the same thing (not starting) that it was doing when I had it towed. I called Tom back and advised him of the situation. He immediately called the towing company and had them pick up my car from my home. He appologized due to the problem not being fixed the first time around. They had my car for 5 days trying to figure out what was exactly causing my car not to start. They found the problem and fixed it, always kept me up to date with what was going on. They even installed my remote start and alarm system back into my car because it was not the problem. Tom was extreamly helpful and honest. I could not believe how determined Tom and the service dept. was to find and fix my problem. I've had my car back for 3 days now without any problems. I would definitly bring my car back here to get fixed in the future and refer others to them. More
