They were very transparent about what to expect, how long it would take, and the result to follow. Very easy to work with the friendly sales staff at the dealership. After stopping by there once to "kick some tires", by my second visit, the dealership's team already knew me by name! Very cool. Additionally, I appreciated Ted taking the time to ask me questions about what I was needed in a vehicle. From there, we looked at enough that I was able to make an informed decision. There were a few non-negotiable items on my "wish-list". Hands Free, Navi, Price, Color, misc options, and the sales team at FVBG did a great job making all these work in tandem, with my new 2012 GMC Terrain. He answered all our questions and stayed way past his normal quitting time to make sure that we were adequate knowledgeable at each of our meetings. Ted has always answered all my questions very thoroughly and was extremely patient with me throughout every process. Not only was he helpful to me while purchasing my vehicle, but also extended his assistance by taking the time to call me to make sure everything was going well with my vehicle. Upon leasing my very first car, I was sad to know that Ted was no longer at the Volkswagen dealership but had been promoted to corporate sales at Fox Valley Buick. Knowing what a loyal salesperson he was, I took it upon myself to call him to see if he could further extend his service for that leasing purchase. Without question, Ted met me at the Volkswagen dealership to lease me my very first car. It is unlikely and quite difficult to find a person as dedicated to his/her job as Ted is. Now, when I go to the dealership(s) I am always greeted with open arms by Ted and everyone else there. I am so pleased with my visits that I now take the time to bring them cookies or a sweet treat of choice to show my gratitude towards Ted and everyone else. Our overall experience with the dealership was great. Ted treated us wtih respect, showed us cars that we wanted to see and explain in detail what we need to know. Greatest sales experience I ever had!!! Got me a great deal on a used car. I was so happy I sent my friend over to buy a new car from him.
