I knew way before I needed to buy my next car that I would only buy from a Fox Valley dealership. Unfortunately, the time for me to buy a new car came unexpectedly the week before Christmas. I was stressed with the holidays and feeling overwhelmed as it was and I dreaded having to shop for a new car at such a time and in such a rush. I was unsure what kind of used car I wanted to buy so I did start with the Fox Valley Buick GMC store in St. Charles. After I described to the salesman what I was looking for, I only test drove one car because Frank and Justin were so good at narrowing down exactly what I wanted and they didn't waste my time. The test drive was fantastic and I bought that car the next day. It was so fast and easy which was exactly what I wanted. They went over and beyond their call of service when they put the big, red Christmas bow on my car! That really surprised me that my salesman, Justin, paid such close attention to details and noticed that I wanted a car with a bow on it! The Fox Valley dealerships offer the friendliest service I have ever experienced. I can't believe you get unlimited free car washes with their dealer plates on your car! The cleanliness and the ambiance of the place actually makes their dealership a relaxing place to hang out! Emir, the owner, is the most respected and trusted man I know in the car business. His professionalism is unlike any other. I knew his trusted reputation far exceeded his geographical area of service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new or used car.
