Our experience from the moment we were welcomed into the door was very friendly. Although I think the Encore was a bit over-priced because it was new, we got a fair deal. I would consider buying another Buick if GM made a true sports sedan under the nameplate. However, front-wheel six-cylinder vehicles are not of interest to someone looking the a car the has better capabilities (like the Grand National car of yester-year). Since I'm a wine importer, why don't you give every buyer a bottle of wine as a "thank-you"? More

I am extremely happy with my purchase, and I would recommend anyone looking for a car to at least go, test drive, and gather information from Fox Valley. Included was free Onstar, XM radio, and all scheduled maintenance for 2 years. They worked hard to help me go through the process, even when I didn't have all of the paperwork I needed up front. The General Manager Mike and his team are very friendly and go out of their way to take care of you (and when I say "team" I mean each and every single staff member I ran into made sure I was taken care of).
