Possible Serious Problem I called Fox Toyota on a Friday afternoon from a gas station when all of the coolant had been blown out of the radiator and our van was overheated. T I called Fox Toyota on a Friday afternoon from a gas station when all of the coolant had been blown out of the radiator and our van was overheated. The Service agent (Jon) gave me the name of a reliable, close, towing service and said he would take care of things when the van was brought in. When we got to Fox Toyota, Jon listened carefully to my story about how things happened and told me he would call, probably on Monday, once the technicians had a chance to assess the damage. Jon did call mid-morning on Monday, explained what had happened, what ought to be replaced, when the parts would be in, and gave me a detailed estimate of the cost. The repairs were completed the next day, the van was checked out carefully, and the final cost matched his estimate exactly. My only complaint is that Jon was not working when we went to pick up the van and I did not get to thank him at the time. Perhaps, this review will do that for me. More

I will really miss her because she really knew her stuff and never made you feel dumb. The service, as always, was very professionally handled and in a timely manner. The only bump was when I was told that the cover for my cabin filter was gone and since none were in stock, it was ordered. The only folks who work on my car is Fox Toyota so if the cover is missing I believe it was inadvertently left off in a previous service visit. I think it was only $12 or $13 dollars but it is kind of the principle. Anyway, I really loooove my Highlander and would buy a new one if they were still built like mine. 😄 More

The entire Fox organization responds much as when I grew up in a rural community in middle Tennessee in that the expectation was that we were to treat each other as neighbors and to value our relationships which in this case in providing reliable transportation in a manner that the dealership has a reasonable profit but that the customers receive an economical solution to their automotive issues. Ron often greets customers in the service area and this provides a welcoming environment that allow people to feel they are valued as a person. My experience over the past 3 years both in terms of sales and service have been unique to all previous dealerships. Keep up the good work and thanks for allowing us to feel like a friend and neighbor. More

Battery Problem solved timely Had trouble getting the 2012 prius in gear several times when starting, and thought I might get out somewhere and not be able to get it started. Always very easy I am a widow, not young at all; so I drive carefully and come in regularly even though I have nowhere near the milage suggested (i.e. 1500 miles for I am a widow, not young at all; so I drive carefully and come in regularly even though I have nowhere near the milage suggested (i.e. 1500 miles for my 10,000 checkup).
