We went to cars.com and found the best priced forester and the lowest price within a 150 miles. I called Sellers Subaru and spoke with Joe Hawlik. On the phone he was honest and to the point. When we had met in person he stayed true to the impression I had of him. He was polite, honest and very thorough in everything he did. He made my wife and I feel like a valued costumer. We never felt as if he was trying to sneek anything past us like we have felt before at other dealerships. When sighning all the paper work at the end he went over every line and explained everything. When we left we felt great with the purchase and how we were treated. So if you are looking for a quality vehicle and a dealership that you don't feel like they are sneaking stuff past you, go see sellers subaru. We will drive 2.5 hours away for our next vehicle again for sure. More
Worth the trip! Sellers once again makes it worth the drive. We drove past 2 much closer Suburu dealers to buy our Outback. We have purchased from the Sellers group p Sellers once again makes it worth the drive. We drove past 2 much closer Suburu dealers to buy our Outback. We have purchased from the Sellers group previously and were hopeful that the customer service we'd experienced in Farmington Hills would be duplicated. We were not disappointed. Patrick Jayne and Adrian were so helpful we felt like family. HIGHLY recommend !! More

At first I thought it was the front brakes, but inspection proved to not be the front brakes. As time went on I still had the grinding noise, but now above 40MPH a hum developed. At this point I thought it may be the rear parking braking, but with further inspection I found that the grinding noise was coming from the center carrier bearing of the drive shaft, which I thought was odd for a Subaru with only 78k miles. Doing some research online I found out that this problem was not wholly uncommon, but occurred at much higher mileage. Also, this was not typically a serviceable part, except to replace the entire driveshaft. I ended up calling Sellers Subaru, since it was the closest to my residence. I talked to Kim Rundel the service manager and explained my situation, she was really helpful from the get go and willing to look to see if the part was available and to quote the price of service. After discussing pricing and availability with her I was able to bring my vehicle to the dealership that day for them to confirm the issue that I had described. Her tech looked at my vehicle and diagnosed the issue as the center carrier bearing, which I had suspected as being the issue. But, the good part, no the great part in all this was that Kim didn't want to stick me with the entire repair cost being under 80,000 miles (note powertrain warranty is only 60,000 miles). I was very thankful that Kim and Sellers Subaru was willing to stand behind their product and help with something that should have at least lasted to 100,000 miles. I would have to say that this is probably one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dealership service department. Maybe this was my turn to have something good happen, I don't know. What I'm saying is give Sellers a chance. To me they are a hard working dealership, that seems actually interested in their customer and not their dollar. I know I will be returning here for future service needs. More
