I took my car in for an oil change before I drove down to Nashville for a weekend vacation. I asked if there was any additional work that was needed before I drove on down and was told no all good. well when Nashville for a weekend vacation. I'm not going to pretend to be a car guy and take the service advisors at their word. When I called to inform the general manager, James, of the issue he said he would talk to his technicians and call me back. Well I had to call him to follow up two days later because he isn't a man of his word. James basically said sorry but **** off and was rude and defensive when I asked why he never called me back. He also said that It was on my inspection sheet my breaks were worn and that they still had some life but were needing to be replaced soon. If the breaks were that close to being gone and they knew I was traveling why did they not replace them? At the very least you would expect them to want to schedule the service for a date deemed appropriate by the technician who inspected the break wear and can anticipate when they would need to be replaced to ensure my repeat business? I will never go back to this place and highly recommend new management be taken into consideration. To leave a customer on bad breaks driving all highways for 1200 miles is a liability on the technician and service advisor especially when I told them I was traveling. The bottom line is the breaks being extremely worn was never verbalized to me, I cannot be expected to know that just because i receive an inspection sheet indicting they needed to be replaced soon, that It would be before my travels. The worst part is James did absolutely nothing to amend the situation. I Will never go back here again and if you value your life you wont either. More

For the most part I was met with an attitude of indifference. . Jason was the opposite. Jason walked me through the buying process from start to finish. I'm not a first time new car buyer and I can tell when I'm being sold. He didn't sell me. He let the car sell itself. He was on time for our appointments and professional as was your your entire sales team. Because of the professionalism displayed at the dealership I would recommend Sellers to anybody looking for a Subaru. And I love the car. From the start, Alex was straightforward with the pricing information (which was not common at other dealers), quick to respond to questions, and made the process of acquiring a new car seamless. By far, the best car buying experience we've had in 25 years + of owning cars. Zach in Finance was also friendly and knowledgeable. Not sure how to describe it, but when we arrived today to sign the papers, you could just get a sense that this dealership was "different" from the rest. Keep up the good work! More

Honestly the experience over at Sellers Subaru has been nothing bit a letdown. I understand Subuaru prides itself on excellent customer service but has failed in this attempt. Everything from the GM to the Sales Associate was handled poorly and left a bitter taste in my mouth. The GM James Cagle was rude, condescending and outright arrogant. Apprently he is a know all end all type of guy. Not the way a customer should be treated. Also, I will say that service was much better when the previous GM Robert Melton was in charge. Atleast he knew how to treat his customers. Lastly, you have a Sales Associate who is all gun hoe on making a deal get done, apologies for the insufficencies of their GM and then pulls the Ghost Card....really? Badger me all week for communication and wanting to do whatever possible to make a deal happen then drop communication. That is the definition of poor customer service. I say all this to give my subjective option of Sellers Subaru. It is one instance but perhaps becomes a pattern/trend. My advice for anyone looking at giving business to this dealer, do your research, there are plenty of other great ones in Michigan (some even willing to drive/transport the vehicle to you). Pick wisely! Oh and specifically for Sellers, no need to reach out to me. Not a single thing will change what occurred nor my mind on your dealership. More
