I wanted a certain color and they found it for me in Pennsylvania and got it for me. They have explained the options on my vehicle wonderfully and as a woman I do not feel intimidated walking into this dealership. Actually I almost feel like family and the idea of having someone go over the features on my Forester was marvelous. My thanks to Tom and Cameron for their help and humor with some of my questions. I have only been with them a month and half and I would give them 5 stars any day. I look forward to many years of dealing with this group of people at Sellers....Go Team!! More
All Three of These People Are Amazing I was getting a new car after a string of hand-me-downs. I was leaning towards a Suburu after some brief recommendations. On my first day looking Ron had approached us with some basic information and helped walk me through my concerns and set up a day for my folks and myself to test drive some cars. On that day I met Jason, who was the MVP for the two out of the three days. He not only gave me a run down of the cars, he also helped me learn the ropes of the car. He even gave me a USB cord for my car as a gift. He didn't even have to. Jamie was also fantastic as well. She helped me and my mom go through some of the paper work and even gave me some leads on where to look for jobs. She even remembered I had a job interview. More

Everthing was great. We was looking for a car on the internet, call the dealer talk to Jason he gave us an appointment we went in. The service was great, matter of fact we was early, he took care of us. The stall was great I would tell everyone who want to buy a car go there and ask for Jason. Use to be excellent service I’ve been a customer for many years and always had a great experience. Not this day, I came in 8:23 am for a oil change and asked if my car remote cou I’ve been a customer for many years and always had a great experience. Not this day, I came in 8:23 am for a oil change and asked if my car remote could be checked both of them weren’t working and I had new batteries to use if it was that and I also had a $10 off coupon. Sure the young lady said. About a half hour later she came back and asked what year my car was and I said 2014 because there was another car at the same time that was exactly like mine but a different year. Then she said I can check you out, I said oh did they fix my remotes and she said oh I forgot to tell them and went back. She came back a few minutes later and said it would have to be diagnosed and I would be charged. I said I would try to do what the manual said to reset them and she proceeded to check me out. Saying that the total was $59. and change. I said what about the $10 coupon. Oh she said was that yours? I said yes, so she redid it the bill. Once I got to the car it had not been washed which they do whenever you have service done and then I was asked to back myself out of the shop or they could do it, I did it myself. Once I got home my husband was looking over the invoice and said there’s nothing saying to check the remotes and then noticed that they never even tried the new batteries. So I’m not sure if the mechanics even really new to check out the remotes. I am going back this week and I’ll see if they can check them out or diagnose the problem. More
Beyond extraordinary. Let me just say that the dealership is as beautiful as it is voluminous; very clean. I gave Jason a call one day, and told him what I was looking for, Let me just say that the dealership is as beautiful as it is voluminous; very clean. I gave Jason a call one day, and told him what I was looking for, a Subaru Impreza hatchback and grey. I let him do his work, didn’t even pick out the car myself, I put my trust, knowing Jason's expertise, in his hands and he did not disappoint. When I arrived at the dealership, the staff was exceptionally friendly, informative, and pointed me to Jason. Jason told me he picked out the car, giving everything I told him I was looking for and I was going to love it. love, however, was an understatement. It was everything I had envisioned plus more. The color was perfect, the trim level, just what we had discussed. Little did I know when I actually got to drive It off the lot and use it for my daily commuting I would have a new found love for my Subaru. Thus, after looking at the car, I proceeded to Jason’s desk to get everything situated. He politely asked if I wanted any water or if he could get my father and I anything. Like I’ve previous stated, exceptional people, helpful, caring, informative, just everything you would want in a person, be it sales, service, financial, et al. This is what a dealership should strive to be, and what many unbeknownst to themselves, want in a dealership. After talking to Jason for a bit, he then took me to the financial side, where I had the pleasure of meeting Briana, a kind, informative, helpful, and delightful young lady. We went over all the paperwork, signed, etc... she took her time going over everything, explaining what everything was for, and how it worked, and didn’t hesitate to ask if we had any questions, and surely, I did. She didn’t mind any questions, no matter how vacuous they may have been, if any. She took her time and explained everything in detail to us when we had questions, and was very informative and helpful. She also asked if we wanted anything, water, etc... and did not mind getting it for us. Briana, like everyone us I’m sure at Sellers, is exceptional. After the paperwork was all signed and done, I proceeded back to Jason’s desk, waiting for my vehicle to be pulled up so Jason could helpfully go over the vehicle with me and all it’s features. He did just that, he made sure to show me how to set up my cellular device, make calls, import phone book, where the lights were at, how to navigate the radio and mess with all the settings, how to set mirrors, where the cruise control was and how to work it, etc... he made sure I didn’t have any other questions and knew I was ready to take my Subaru home knowing I knew how to operate everything in it before he left me. When the time came to departe, he told me if I had any questions, anything at all, to give him a call. I would have to say, to Jason, Briana, even the brief time I talked to Jackie, that the folks at Sellers Subaru are committed to their customers and truly appreciate us and enjoy what they do. I for one look forward to many more years, possibly decades with Sellers and to be a lifetime Subaru owner. To all at Sellers, I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. More

Quick and to the point. I live 4 hours away from this dealer, and knowing that fact they were very efficient and tried to get me back on the road to head home in my new car a I live 4 hours away from this dealer, and knowing that fact they were very efficient and tried to get me back on the road to head home in my new car as quick as possible. Speed didn't compromise the visit however. They made absolute sure I had all my questions and concerns answered before I left the building. I had been talking with Jason all week over the phone to try to streamline as much as possible once I did arrive. Briana made sure i understood all of the paperwork I was signing, and Cameron gave me a detailed walk through of all of the tech in my new 2018 Impreza. All in all a very wonderful dealer experience!
