Great service writer, not so great service. My service writer Ryan was excellent however the prob I brought it in for and had an appt for was not fixed. And on top of that, they wanted me to pay My service writer Ryan was excellent however the prob I brought it in for and had an appt for was not fixed. And on top of that, they wanted me to pay for it saying it wasn’t cvrd under warranty. I had an issue w/ a “crackling” noise coming from the pass frt air vent. Service mgr told me that they would have to take the dash apart and that I would have to pay for it! The car is less than 3 yrs old and only has 20,000 mi on it. I feel that it’s clearly under warranty and should b cvrd. So being that they were 2 techs short today (not my prob) they weren’t able to work on it and fix it for me. So the mgr (not Ryan-service writer) told me to drive it for a few days w/ the air on high and to change the position of the air from floor to dash to windshield and “hopefully” the noise will b cleared. He’s thinking it’s just debri. So if he’s right, awesome!! I’ll b happy. If he’s not and the dash has to b removed and I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT, I will b very unhappy. So I guess for now, just have to wait and see. More

Great customer service! Took my car in for an oil change and performed everything I asked for. Great amenities in the waiting room, constantly gave me updates on what was be Took my car in for an oil change and performed everything I asked for. Came in again for an issue I had with the car and again were extremely helpful. Told me everything I needed and what was wrong in about 20 minutes. Gave me a loaner right away as it was going to take some time, new parts had to be ordered, time to service the car, making sure everything was done right, etc... Picked up the car, told me everything that was performed, covered under warranty, and again had a nice car wash at the end. Customer service advisers extremely helpful (really care for the customer) and service techs know what they are doing. Will be back again! More
