KIA makes an oil change fun! Arrived early and didn't know if I would be able to get in for service yet. Ryan said, "We love early arrivals." And took the KIA right in. Then Ryan visited for a few minutes and was very nice to my granddaughter, which is two things ladies really appreciate. I then went to the show room to see if I could look at a Sorento seven passenger car. The service I received was also wonderful, my husband and I will be purchasing another new KIA in the fall from Summit Place KIA West. The oil change took maybe 40 minutes if that. We were offered drinks and snacks. The waiting area was clean, bright, and had things to keep a person busy. More
