Satisfied with my direct help My first impression was not great. Multiple staff members walked past me at the welcome desk no one asked me what I needed. I asked one person to find my sales person and he just said she was out with another customer. A second person reluctantly helped. Why can’t these people walking past you just ask what was needed, let my sales person know that I was there and direct me to the waiting area. Thankfully I was very happy with my direct support from Laryne and Mindy. It was their help that counted. Also seemed like a lazy job cleaning the car.
