Andy was great but. Well I bought this car last July and on my first oil chang the service guy at an oil change place took a picture of my leaky oil pan and showed me so Well I bought this car last July and on my first oil chang the service guy at an oil change place took a picture of my leaky oil pan and showed me so I contacted you guys and the service guy who is no longer there was the biggest jerk I've ever met in my life but he did me a "favor" and had it looked at and said I didn't know what I was talking about. So next oil change the same thing happens right down to your dealership saying it wasn't leaking. Well 11 months later you finally admitted it was leaking and hopefully fixed it. So after all this frustration how could I reccomend your place of business to anybody. Andy was good but other then that I wouldn't send my worst enemy to Summit Kia. More
