Yes I am happy, my lady is happy. Mike handed us over to Jacob Stewart who helped us decide what car we wanted. And walked us though the cat buying experience. Received a text super fast from Burke (Micheal Burke). He gave me a quick number and told me to get in when I can because the 2018 Sorento we’re flying off the lot. Upon arrival, 2 days later, I was greeted and connected with Burke quick. We sat and chatted and he asked about why I was looking for a changes. I felt comfortable and we continued. We test drove a Sorento. Before getting in he showed the car over to me, so I knew what to expect. Usually I am handed keys and they say let us know what you think. Nope, not at Kia, Burke jumped in and we took a ride around the block. After all the paperwork and some negotiation Burke and team made me feel comfortable with my purchase. BUT it didn’t stop there, while waiting for the final signature we put all my stuff in my new car and Burke went through all the features and how things work. I left the car lot knowing exactly how to use the car and all it’s features! I would highly recommend Kia Summit West. Exceeded my expectations and in the end ZERO buyers remorse! Thank you, Burke!
