He answered every question, was very knowledgeable about the car,showed me how to work the buttons, gave me a heads up abt what the warrenty/extra insurance was prior to the guy coming to me so i could find the right fit. Michael catered to my son bringing him water, putting cartoons on his tablet, giving him his pen and paper to draw,giving him a cupcake, talking to him like a friend, let him sit in cars I wasnt even looking at, and most important never made me feel judged or act burdened by the extra work he had to do.Michael made sure I could transfer items from one car to the other and helped me get the carseat in. Im a single mom in my last year of nursing school for my BSN, my old car was not going to make it now I don't have to pray my car wont break down every morning! Michael treated us with respect, didn't pressure me or make me feel like I had to buy anything and its nice to not feel pushed into doing something,Michael made sure I was doing what i wanted without using scare tactics. Thank you for making this a great experience I would recommend Kia to all my family and friends !! More

Jacob was awesome ! Jacob was great to work with. BUT overall not happy with the outcome. I was looking for third row sitting SUV to fit all my grand child in which did Jacob was great to work with. I was looking for third row sitting SUV to fit all my grand child in which didn't have but had minivan and I test drove it which I was still wanting SUV and so I went SUV without third row and 14 days into reach out and said maybe the mini van would be better but quick to say NO you signed on this already .... in which after getting it home to realize the window wipe wash don't work and there is a leak in front tire . now I HAVE MADE MY FIRST PAYMENT ON SOMETHING NOT REALLY HAPPY WITH !! More

Trade in I traded in my 2017 Forte for a 2019 Forte and Victor helped make that process go very smoothly.
