Affordable cars, absolutely horrible customer service We were at the dealership for five hours and only test drive three cars and ended up making a cash purchase for a five thousand dollar car. There is n We were at the dealership for five hours and only test drive three cars and ended up making a cash purchase for a five thousand dollar car. There is no reason for a couple to spend their entire day at a dealership when making a cash purchase. We ended up finding out that when our sales rep when supposed to be grabbing keys for us to test drive or paperwork for us to fill out before heading out the door, she was actually helping several other families and lying about it. At the end of our visit she would not let us leave with our car because she lost the keys to another car and assumed that we had them. I will never visit again. More
