OMG Kenny Davis!!!!! So, we walked in with both of our credit scores in the 400's (467 & 486 to be exact), my fiance had a repo in his name and I had an overdue credit car So, we walked in with both of our credit scores in the 400's (467 & 486 to be exact), my fiance had a repo in his name and I had an overdue credit card but we had $800 down. I honestly didn't think it was gonna happen because I just have bad luck. But Kenny NEVER gave up on us. He kept working hard to send us home in a car. After 7 hours of hard work we drove away in our brand new 2019 Kia Soul!! It's absolutely GORGEOUS and I can't wait to pass it down to our Son one day. Thank you Kenny and crew for ALL your hard work!! More

Real customer service isn't dead I have never felt comfortable with a car dealer in my life. There's always that feeling that no matter what, you're getting hustled. I felt at ease with her and she will do whatever it takes to help out a customer. My hopes of getting a good car in my situation were pretty dim, but she pulled it off. Not only did she come through quickly, but I also got a good deal. Highly recommended. More

Poor servuce Please Beware. My aunt bought a car and so did my mother and within days both cars had issues. You have to fight tooth and nail to get them to repai Please Beware. My aunt bought a car and so did my mother and within days both cars had issues. You have to fight tooth and nail to get them to repair anything and then they don't do it right. My mother picked her car up yesterday after being their almost two months & it is still doing what it was doing prior to being dropped off. I have never received service like this and will not recommend this place to anyone. They don't even want you to have the car checked by someone prior to purchasing, that should have been a red flag. The car salesman was decent but at the end of the day we spent 11,0OO and day 1 the car had issues. KIA claims the car had a recall and since the recall was "so called fixed" the interior lights continue to come on and off without being touched. I purchased this car in good faith that at least for the first 6 months it would not have problems. The car has had issues prior to pulling it off the lot. The manager flat out told me that KIA did not make any money off the car...that is after I signed the paperwork. The sad thing is my mother sent my aunt to buy a car and she did from Michael. She had issues which KIA did fix. Within days of pulling her car off the lot the catalytic converter light came on. KIA initially told her they would not fix it but I am not sure what happened but God must have intervened. KIA claims the cars are inspected and up to good standards but at the end of the day the almighty dollar is what they car about. It is all about making a sell and forget the customer. My mom is sickly and needs a reliable car and this entire experience has been horrible. Keith claimed they put a new battery in the car. Not sure why he did that. Lights continue to come on and off inside the car. KIA sold the car knowing it had major issues. I am sure if the President, Richard, and the rest of the employees had this same experience they would not appreciate it. I just want the issue fixed so that my mother can drive in peace AND not with the sunroof opening up randomly. I would also like to mention that upon buying the car we were told that a light cover was missing, Shawn claims the piece cannot be located. He called me and wanted to know if he could just disconnect it. Who spends $ 11,000 to have something disconnected? We dropped the car off on 12/19 just picked it up on 2/7. The one good thing I can say is that they gave my mom a car to drive during this time Bad thing is as stated previously, car is not fixed which is causing a lot of frustration for my mother. I hope someone reads this and reached out to me. More

Wow! I got a car! I am a single mom of two boys I was not expecting to be able to get a car at this point due to how much I owed on my car.
