Gavin was fantastic...But Gavin and the other sales people worked very hard to finance my wife and I when other dealerships turned us away. I was very impressed with the whole Gavin and the other sales people worked very hard to finance my wife and I when other dealerships turned us away. I was very impressed with the whole process... But... While we loved our cars from the first moment and still do, they sold my wife a Chevy Malibu with bad brakes that they wont replace. Leaving us to replace them less than 3 weeks after purchasing the car. There was no way possible that the brakes were good at the time of purchase. My KIA Optima is a great car... But...Before I even drove the car off the lot it indicated low tire pressure in one tire. They aired it up and said it would reset the sensor. I have to put air in the tire about every 3 days. There is an indicator on the instrument panel. So they either looked at it and didn't care or didn't look at it at all. Again...At time of purchase! They are still debating about whether or not they will replace my tire. Again, it was bad when they sold me the car and we have yet to see if they will make it right. I would recommend the dealership...But... Take care to inspect your new car before assuming they sold you a car without problems that they wont help you with later. More
