Felix was the best sales and the help I got from Michigan First Credit Union with their auto sale that helped me get a 1% reduction of the apr on my loan, made the process of buying my car very easy although First Credit Union with their auto sale that helped me get a 1% reduction of the apr on my loan, made the process of buying my car very easy although still time consuming but very easy nonetheless. Felix is by far the best salesperson at Summit Place Kia West, he has a great personality and is very friendly which makes it a lot easier in the process of buying a car. He deserve a raise and every sale that he can get because I had a blast talking with him yesterday when I got my car. More

Your radio ads are still the bane of my existence, Rich and Tania’s voice haunts me even in my dreams. I guess they worked though. I’ve worked with both Mikes for quite some time, on and off throwing my and Tania’s voice haunts me even in my dreams. I guess they worked though. I’ve worked with both Mikes for quite some time, on and off throwing my name into the hat and never following through. Each and every time I’ve thought to myself, “nah, not driving a Kia ever, no matter what.” Well, they got me yesterday. . . they definitely saw me in a Kia, despite my disgust toward Kia’s I fell in love with an Optima. Despite the heat, them being swamped and me just having some wonky financial situations, the Mike’s came through with solid advice, customer service and understanding. Even though I was slightly late for work at the end of the day, it was well worth it in the end. The Mike trio came together and pulled some xxxx and got it done. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, thankfully one that didn’t involve having my picture taken. 😂 More
