Purchase was a bit of a challenge-Service was an A++++ I stopped at Kia for the 4th time still looking for the RIGHT kia. After driving on the used lot i stopped in front of the car I was looking for. Went I stopped at Kia for the 4th time still looking for the RIGHT kia. After driving on the used lot i stopped in front of the car I was looking for. Went inside, got a sales person and took a test drive. Negotiated on price and started the paperwork. It took about 3 1/2 hours to get the paperwork done. I was upfront with a low credit rating and was adamant that they didn't pull my credit over and over again. They said that they would not do that. Well, I soon discovered they pulled it 4 times. I was not happy. They told me my payment would be around $300 a month. It was $427 a month. They told me that the bank would not finance me unless I agreed to have the "Extended service plan" at a cost of over $2000. and they also coerced me into getting the Additional finance coverage to cover what the insurance company would not cover. Honestly, if it wasn't for the over the top service on my car provided in their service department, I would have rated them a 1. My vehicle had a "Potential Recall" that soon resulted in a "Bad Engine". But the Kia company covered the engine, labor, rental car, towing and gave me a new 12mo 12k warranty. The asst service mgr was really on top of things. Not saying I would return to them to buy a new car. But the service department has certainly earned my business More

False advertising!! Then they proceeded to tell me they can give me a call on Monday, take that call and shove it! Will never recommend going here More

Broken Offers I was a perfect candidate for what their current advertisement was; "bad credit, owe thousands more than your vehicle is worth, as long as you make $2 I was a perfect candidate for what their current advertisement was; "bad credit, owe thousands more than your vehicle is worth, as long as you make $2,000+ a month and have $500 down, you can get approved." Well I went in there and waited for 6 hours. He finally came out, and didn't even bother to show me numbers or anything, but to say that I have to put $3,000 down, and it's a deal. He told me the cause of this was because I owe so much on my current vehicle. I found this funny, because I was told the same thing by a Chevy dealership a year prior, who was not running a special close to this, and I shared this information with him. I explained the ad was the reason I came down and waited for 6 hours. He didn't have an answer for me, told me at that point he couldn't defend the 'ad, and I got up and left as he followed me and apologized. I will never go back, let alone even think of getting a Kia. If my car will last the next 2 years, i'll trade it in for something better than a false advertisement and a "sorry". More

faults Advertizing Do not buy from these people because they do not deliver what they advertise , they advertise that they help people with not so perfect credit and if Do not buy from these people because they do not deliver what they advertise , they advertise that they help people with not so perfect credit and if you owe a lot on your current car they will also help with that, when i got there they had gotten all my info and looked at my car and then came back to tell me that they could not help, witch pissed me off they wasted my afternoon and i left there with nothing, and they also said that to another couple they lie on there advertising i would not buy from theses people and advise all to not go their there are other dealers that will help you get a car. More
