My wife and I just have a GREAT experience up here at Summit Place Kia. We have been trying to buy/lease a new car for my wife for a month or 2 now. What a difference here. We have been mostly dealing Summit Place Kia. We have been trying to buy/lease a new car for my wife for a month or 2 now. What a difference here. We have been mostly dealing with fox and these guys are NOT fox. We spent 3 or 4 hours at the fox GMC on Alpine and there was no atmosphere there. NO ONE had a smile on their face and in that entire time no one left with a new car. No one. Everyone we met at Summit Place Kia was great to deal with. Marvin was knowledgeable, not high pressure and took the time to answer all of our questions. We had alot. He handled our 2.5 year old daughter very well. She even snuck away and broke a Christmas ball and no one made a big deal. Honestly I can't really complain about a thing and I like to complain, ask my wife. If Marvin is busy give LC a try. He was a big part of getting us to come in and take a look. No pressure from him either. As we were signing the paper work it came up that I was in the Army. Marvin took the time to go grab some paperwork and BAM we got a $400 military incentive. Not a $400 discount buy a check for $400! I forgot to mention that MOST of this happened over a hour or a hour and a half AFTER they closed for the evening. It would have been really easy for Marvin to forget about that military discount and get us out the door, but he didn't. We kept 5 or 6 people there, an hour after close, and every single one of them was happy to help us. Thank you, all of you for taking the time to make our first new car purchase a great experience! Even after hours!!!! More
