Update for "A good car buying experience" I bought a pre-owned 2016 Honda Civic at the end of April. I just used the car for commute purpose. A few days ago, I found the air conditioning syste I bought a pre-owned 2016 Honda Civic at the end of April. I just used the car for commute purpose. A few days ago, I found the air conditioning system was down and I was frustrated by this. I just got the car for around 2 months and apparently it should not be my problem. I called the dealer and was informed they will not take on any responsibility. They told me this is why I need to buy a extended warranty which is extra $800+. When I was there, I asked them for thoroughly inspection for all the systems on the car which is part of the deal, and was told the car is in perfect condition with a report. Later, I found out the report they gave me was the inspection of last year. If it was in perfect condition, how could the AC broke down in 2 months. Apparently, they did not do any inspection but the one required by DMV. Instead, they tried hard to sell the extended warranty to me by telling me how easily the systems in the car can go wrong. I denied the extended warranty and now I am in trouble in such a short time. What a deceptive business practice and tactic to potentially get you back again for more money! Be smart and careful with everything you get from them! I agree with words in one previous review "Untrustworthy, Dishonest, and Dangerous to the new car buyer", since I am exactly a victim of this dealer. More

In our communication, they gave me an OTD price including everything (vehicle sale price, sales tax, plates, etc) Finally, when I am taking the delivery they charged me DMV plates again. This is cheating. We had a discussion and argument over it but they did not heed and I wanted to buy the vehicle and hence I paid for it. But is a clear case of “CHEATING”. They clearly lack VALUES.
