Horrible experience they sold me a 2014 Highlander with many issues that were known before it was sold to me I took the car back to get the issues fixed but they’ll only fix the small issues all the others many issues that were known before it was sold to me I took the car back to get the issues fixed but they’ll only fix the small issues all the others have to come out my pocket or split in half with them. It’s like they put no time or service into the used cars that they sell the detailing was horrible, I am definitely extremely disappointed. More

Will sell you a car that supposedly works and then a few weeks later charge 600 bucks to fix a problem that they should never have sold the car with. Even better they charge you to diagnose the problem when weeks later charge 600 bucks to fix a problem that they should never have sold the car with. Even better they charge you to diagnose the problem when you already told them what the problem was (and their diagnosis was exactly what you told them it was). More

Ignored for 20 minutes , then Sales Manager approached us (understand I should have made a appt) said he would appoint his best 'Award Winning Salesman ' to us. This fellow acted like we were wasting his time. I asked him a question about a option on the kind of vehicle we were looking at and he said that vehicle did not have that option in any model Not true . We were then handed off to another 'Award Winning Salesman'. All he did was go back and forth with the Sales Manager. We finally ironed out a deal , left a deposit and were on our way home. It then dawned on me that I never asked for or received a carfax. My mistake but "Award Winning Salesmen' should have provided us with one. Turns out the vehicle had been in a accident but the dealership could not tell us what kind of accident or how severe ? Next morning I told them we would pass on the deal. The deposit I left them appeared on my statement before I got home , it took 2 phone calls and 13 days to get my credit !! Old School Salesmenship Tactics. More
I have a South Carolina drivers license and was told i could not test drive a new car "because people from the south steal cars when they do test drives, happens a lot". This was a direct quote from the s could not test drive a new car "because people from the south steal cars when they do test drives, happens a lot". This was a direct quote from the sales manager. Funny thing is i have bought new cars from Fox before, since i live here and in SC. Go to Syracuse and buy your honda like i plan to. Fox is the worst car dealership i have ever dealt with, north or south. More
I rue the day I read it was woman-owned I was wrong to assume that a female owner would try to avoid the stereotype of the used-car dealer. We bought a car 5 weeks ago. When we financed it I was wrong to assume that a female owner would try to avoid the stereotype of the used-car dealer. We bought a car 5 weeks ago. When we financed it at the dealership, the financing guy deliberately tried to humiliate us about our "low credit rating" and how the best rate he could get was 16%. The next week, I re-financed for 4.2%. The car broke down on the 6th day, stranding me on a Sunday night. The wonderful towing service included in my expensive service contract did not answer the phone, causing me to use AAA. We got the vehicle back, after a bout a week, and there were still issues, so we took it to the local dealership here, not trusting the mechanics at Fox. After another week, we got the car back, and immediately had to bring it back to Fox for some repairs they had missed and were responsible for. While at Fox, we were treated horribly. The service manager, Andy, was rude and arrogant. After treating me in a condescending manner, I got upset. He got very angry at me because I was a bit upset that they had sold me a 12,000 car that was broken down within a week. Instead of apologizing, and trying to calm me down, he turned around and ran away, causing my husband to run after him, in order to ensure that he at least worked on the car. While waiting an interminable time for the repairs, I overheard two sales "men" talking about a couple who had just left. Evidently the woman was a xxxxx who wouldn't shut up and they were glad they had left. They sounded like two drunken frat boys. The rest of the time, they seemed to be holding up the walls. Very classy. When we complained about the quality of the vehicle they sold us, they graciously offered to buy back the car as a trade-in on another one. Of course, the trade-in value for this one-month old purchase was $6,000. Meaning that I would have paid 6000 (plus the 200 deductible from the extended-warranty) for about 10 days of driving the car. I laughed at the offer and told him that we would keep the piece of xxxx. The most outrageous part of the day was when I introduced myself to the general manager. He asked how I was doing. I said not very well, wanna hear about it? He said no! loudly, and turned his back on me in his swivel chair. I have never been treated so poorly at any institution. And this happened at a place where I had just spent $12,000 on a vehicle that should never have been let out of the shop. (another mechanic told me that he would not have given the vehicle and inspections sticker...when I told Andy that, he called me a liar and said that every shop follows the same rules....but it was the Fox shop that did the inspection, so how trustworthy is that?) These people are horrible at customer service, do shoddy workmanship, and are completely unprofessional. If you enjoy condescending, arrogant people, and want a place that knowingly sells shoddy vehicles, this is the place for you. More
First-time new car buyer It was daunting to buy my son a new car, but everyone at Fox Honda answered every Q and was very helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate us It was daunting to buy my son a new car, but everyone at Fox Honda answered every Q and was very helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate us, even though I was hundreds of miles away. I made sure to get everything in writing (email), which was essential as different people were involved and that helped document the deal I had made on price, etc. In addition, the only hitch was being asked to pay a "relocation" fee for them to get the exact make, model and color we wanted -- that had been on the lot (2 of them) before we arrived, but were sold. It was a challenge to get it waived, but they ultimately did. Other than that, they were really terrific and extremely helpful in every way. Definitely buy from them. I'd do it again. More
