Excellent car buying experience! We searched near and far (actually driving over an hour and a half from home) looking for just the right vehicle. Just when I was beginning to think w We searched near and far (actually driving over an hour and a half from home) looking for just the right vehicle. Just when I was beginning to think we'd never find the car for us, we met Ryan at Fox Hills Chrysler Jeep. I called that morning, confirmed the vehicle I was interested in was available and dragged my reluctant husband on what he thought was another goose chase. The car was in immaculate condition; no leftover food wrappers and gross stuff from previous owners like some of the other dealerships. We took a test drive just to be sure it was what we wanted then let Ryan work his magic. Shortly after, we took off in our new to us family vehicle. We couldn't be happier and I'm definitely keeping Ryan's card for when we need or next vehicle! More

Greed owns this dealership... My 18-year-old son negotiated a deal with the owner of this company, Jim Schebil, on a demo car with 5K miles on it. My son arrived at the dealership My 18-year-old son negotiated a deal with the owner of this company, Jim Schebil, on a demo car with 5K miles on it. My son arrived at the dealership last Friday at 5:45 p.m. to pick up the car. You can imagine his excitement as Jim paraded him through the dealership telling everyone he was getting his first new car. When they sat down to sign the papers, Jim informed him that “he had made a mistake” and that he needs to get his loan through Chrysler finance in order to do the deal. My son said, “But, wait, Jim, we have already talked about this. You knew I was getting a loan through my credit union—I have my money right here. What about this written sales agreement you gave me?” Jim told him, “I’m sorry son, you have to either use Chrysler finance or give me $1000 more.” You can imagine my son’s confusion. Can he go and give back a loan? It’s now 6 p.m. and the bank is closed. Should he give Jim $1000 more even though he had a written and verbal deal with this man? With a broken heart he left the dealership…or, should I say, that money-grubbing man let him leave without taking responsibility for his error. I called at 11 a.m. Saturday to see if Jim was going to honor this deal only to find out that an hour earlier someone had miraculously walked into the dealership and bought the car! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY SOLD MY SON OUT AND BROKE HIS WORD FOR $1000? This was not our first experience with this dealership; we have purchased several cars from them in the past and were happy to see that they received the dealership back. But, let me tell you, they are not the same people! The silver lining is that not all car dealerships are evil – just this one. My son went to Shuman in Walled Lake on Monday and that dealership, feeling sorry for him, sold him the exact car BRAND NEW for the same price. They probably lost money just to do the right thing. THAT is how you treat customers! More
