We drove 8.5 hours from WI on April 26th to pick up an Acura TLX ASpec, only to deal with the most rude and inconsiderate GM (Nick Schebil- not even the GM but the owners son so I guess he can be whatever he would like when it is convenient for him) we have ever encountered. Upon arrival, everything seemed to be going smoothly. We met with Anthony Rutledge (because Eric, our salesman was not in the office), took the car for a quick drive and proceeded inside to finish up the paperwork. After handing them the check that our bank cut for the difference of the car price, minus our trade in amount, Nick laughed and said if he doesn't have his money or the title, we are not taking the car home. We were shocked and didn't know what to think since Eric had spent close to 2 hours on the phone with our loan officer, going over the details and numbers. Anything that they needed to have should've been made clear at that point of the sales arrangement. Since WI is a title holding state, our bank paid off the loan and in turn, the title would be sent from the State of WI directly to the dealership... this is how all of our out of state car buying has worked but apparently, this isn't how Fox Hills handles business. Completely understandable but that should've been made clear far ahead of time, knowing we were driving from out of state. We immediately let our bank know what was happening and they had tried several times to call Nick but got no answer. As we are standing directly in front of his desk, our bank called us back and said that there was no answer to which his very loud (to make sure they could hear him through the phone) reply was "they can call me all they want but without my money or the title, there is no deal". Our loan officer offered the option to put our available home equity credit into our checking account so we could actually pay CASH for the car and Nick still said no because we could turn around and dispute the charges. Our loan officer then offered to send a certified lien release to which Nick still said no because the title or money was not physically in his hands. At this point, it was clear that Nick was not even willing to work with us one bit. It was now closing time so we had parted ways and agreed that we would see them tomorrow and that our bank was going to cut a new check for the full loan amount (now putting them at risk of DOUBLE the car cost just so we could drive our new car home) and overnight it to arrive at 9:30am the next day (Saturday). During the process of printing a check for the full amount of the loan (which would allow Fox Hills to pay off the lien themselves), our bank noticed a discrepancy in the purchase contracts and that Fix Hills was charging us an additional $600 for taxes - yes, they had sent more than one and the numbers didn't even match or add up correctly. It is now 6:00pm. My husband and I both texted Eric (our original salesman) asking if he could please send us the exact amount that they need a check for (his cell # was the only one we had) so our bank could make sure to get the check there by morning. I had also emailed Eric, Nick and Anthony to give them an update that it was too late to overnight the check now since we aren't clear on the amount and we would continue to seek an option that works. Our loan officer and bank processor stayed at work (on a Friday, nonetheless) TWO HOURS after the bank closed trying anything to make this happen, while telling us something in their gut didn't feel right about this dealership. The solution they came up with was adding a "critical care" option to their FedEx account which would allow same day air on Saturday. Again, I emailed Eric, Nick and Anthony the update and let them know we would come to the dealership first thing in the morning, asked that they rewrite the purchase contract, send it to the bank, the bank cuts the check, FedEx will already be there waiting and the check would arrive to the dealership at 6pm on Saturday. So 10am sharp on Saturday morning, we were waiting at the dealership when Nick arrived, not one minute before 10am at that. We explained what the bank was doing and since the dealership closes at 3pm, asked if he would be ok meeting us after hours to accept the check and close this deal. He said no.... after all that we have gone through up to this point and our Credit Union bending over backwards, he is not even willing to come in after hours. UNREAL!!!!! 3 of his employees had offered to come and meet us after hours to help us but they needed his approval AND HE STILL SAID NO!!!! At this point, I am so upset that there are tears streaming down my face and I had asked Nick where his line of "business" ends and "customer service" begins because the way he was treating us was like nothing I have ever experienced. I voiced my opinion of the lack of service we were being provided, in which he then ripped up the sales contract, said he did not deserve to be talked to that way (YES, he actually did.. and deserved much MUCH more than I had nicely said to him) and that we are done here. I was distraught over the situation and how anyone would want this disgusting human being to be the face of their company. At this time, other employees were still trying to help us but to no avail since to him, it was now personal. Fox Hill employees told me that he was a very unpleasant (the word used was inappropriate and I'm not allowed to include it in this review) person to work with and he treats customers like garbage but does not care because he is the owners son. His own employees can't stand him... I guess I can see that! Our assumption was that he had another (local) buyer already lined up as the car was removed from their website the following day. My husband emailed Jim, the owner, to fill him in on what transpired over the course of a 24 hour experience to which his reply was a total of one line "Cannot deliver a car without the money" followed by another line in a separate email "Especially a car going out of state". Apparently the family who had worked so hard at rebuilding their dealership up, still does not understand the meaning of customer service. I feel sad for their employees and more so, the customers who have no idea what they're in for. To whomever purchased the white 2019 Acura TLX ASpec on April 27th 2019, we hope you are enjoying the car as much as we would have. More

This dealership has very poor service and mechanics! Our vehicle was in for service so long that they gave us a loaner. When it was finally done after 2 weeks we had to take it back again because it was leaking transmission fluid all over our garage floor. It then took another week to fix a problem that was caused by poor installation. We went to purchase new tires at a separate tire shop, the shop couldn’t do a front end alignment because we had a blown front shock that was supposed to have been repaired while the vehicle was at Fox Hills. So yes, we had to go back once again. Terrible experience!!! More

Not very trustworthy I emailed to get a price quote on a used Wrangker and received the price seem on the internet. After speaking to a salesperson in the used car departm I emailed to get a price quote on a used Wrangker and received the price seem on the internet. After speaking to a salesperson in the used car department, I told them I would be in within a few days. I then received a price change because I saved the vehicle on Carfax and the price increased almost 4000 dollars. I called and asked if the price quote I received would be honored and never received a call back. The manager never responded to me email a few days later. I would never recommend or purchase a vehicle from this dealership. More

Does Anyone Work Here? I've never been to this dealership and I can't stand them - they're that bad. I've been calling for months to get my car in for a recall and NO ONE WI I've never been to this dealership and I can't stand them - they're that bad. I've been calling for months to get my car in for a recall and NO ONE WILL GET BACK TO ME. Additionally, I called for months last year for help with my navigation and again - someone would "call me right back." Nope. No calls. No emails. Customer service is NOT a priority at this dealership and it makes me want to scream. I don't know how this place stays in business if no one finds the customer's time important. More
