I have a 2010 Dodge Journey that I bought through VF because I have bought my last 5 vehicles from you, primarily because of service. Chad waited on me initially prompts courteous and professional. I was also having some issues with braking. I discussed these with Mark because I forgot to mention them to Chad and he had moved on to another customer. Mark gave me his input which turned out to be right on the money, a rotor issue. He explained this to Chad who informed me that it would be looked into. Bottom line rotors needed replacing and were under warranty. When the vehicle was finished there was a small issue that had not been addressed. I mentioned this to Ty because he was the closest. He immediately addressed the issue, fixed it and asked me if I had time for a free car was, which I did. Job well done!! More

Since my dealer in coopersville closed down I was looking for as good of service as I was used to and V.F. filled the bill with no "bull" service.
