It is most convenient that I can take my car in at 7:30am for an oil change and still get to work on time. The price of the oil change is very good and I like that they check the vehicle over and inform me for an oil change and still get to work on time. I HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR A NEW CAR FOR SOME TIME. I WAS GREETED BY MARK SCHATZ AND THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I WAS TREATED LIKE A CUSTOMER AND NOT A FEMALE. I KNEW WHAT OPTIONS I WANTED, BUT HAD NOT CONSIDER GREETED BY MARK SCHATZ AND THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I WAS TREATED LIKE A CUSTOMER AND NOT A FEMALE. I KNEW WHAT OPTIONS I WANTED, BUT HAD NOT CONSIDERED MODEL. MARK TOOK THE TIME NEEDED TO FIT ME TO THE CAR-(THREE DIFFERENT TEST DRIVES). EVEN AT THAT THERE WAS THE PROBLEM OF FINDING THE RIGHT MODEL,OPTIONS AND COLOR.MARK WAS ABLE TO LOCATE AND DELIVER THAT VEHICLE IN SHORT ORDER.WHEN THE VEHICLE ARRIVED HE MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD ALL FUNCTIONS AVAILABLE, AND ALSO EXPLAINED THE SERVICE FACILITY THATS AVAILABLE.I WOULD DEFINITILY RECOMMEND MARK TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A VEHICLE KATHERINE FAIRCHILD More
