I took my van in for a free service visit and 2 other warranty issues. One of the warranty issues was the passenger side wiper was not returning all the way when turned off, seemed like a simple adjustm warranty issues. After 1.5 hours, I was told that the transmission leak would take 2 days to fix but the other work was done. Not the dealers fault that the transmission needs to be removed from a brand new vehicle, so no issue with that. But as I drove away, I noticed that the wiper was not fixed. It doesn't take 1.5 hours to change the oil and see that the transmission leak will require a major job to be done some other day. It only took 12 minutes for my independent service garage to change the oil and come to the same conclusion. More

I've leased or purchased several vehicles from this dealer. The last required a complete transmission replacement at 22K miles followed numerous transmission repairs thereafter none of which the dealer dealer. My appointment was at 10 am on July 22, 2011. Reason for service on my 2006 Town & Country was no air conditioning. It was under recall warranty and took until 3:30 pm.
