I had to have warranty work performed on my Jeep Liberty. I set up an appointment on the phone and when I arrived they had all my paperwork ready to go. Heater fan quit blowing air. Called service and talked to TY. He scheduled a time slot for me within 2 hours! When I took it in, Ty was busy elsewhere, but Chad knew I was coming and the reason for th to TY. He scheduled a time slot for me within 2 hours! Chad took the time to lift the hood and answer my questions. He seems to be not only knowledgeable, but patient and understanding, as well as friendly. I enjoyed coffee in their nice waiting room, and Chad kept me informed. He came in and told me what the problem was, the cost, and the repair time. When I inquired about the part that had gone bad, he even got it and showed it to me, explaining how they determined that it was bad and needed to be replaced.
