After a test drive of a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee, my daughter expressed interest in purchasing the vehicle. Drove car on Tuesday, made offer, was in the process of working out the financing...and after a call to Christian on Thursday, being told that he was leaving early and to contact Duane with any questions- walked into dealership on Friday morning, financing in hand only to be told Jeep was sold the past Wednesday. VERY un-professional to NOT tell her that the car had been sold during any of the the converation ! Very upset! Duane then proceeded to tell her that her credit was not good enough to purchase through their dealership with out a co-signer- this was told to her in middle of the sales floor- well guess what VanAndel & Flikkema?? I came in for an oil change, but was informed that a power steering flush was recommended too. No big deal I knew it was due, price was quoted and it would be about 30 minutes. While I was waiting one of the technicians came out and asked me about a dent in my van. The dent was making it difficult to open the door fully. He let me know he could make the repair while the other repairs were being completed. Needless to say when all of the work was completed, on time and for less money than the quote was I was more than pleased. Very friendly and helpful folks at this dealership.
