Went back 1 month later for service and sat in their waiting area and noticed what GREAT customer service they have. They always talked to the customer as to what they were going to do to their vehicle and went over everything with the customer. I work in retail and I was very impressed with their customer service. OUTSTANDING!! When I got my jeep serviced the service guy noticed there was a recall on my jeep so he took care of that right away. The dealership is very clean and customer friendly. Service work on 2015 Jeep Wrangler Jeremy was my service advisor. Jeremy always has a positive friendly attitude and is willing to do whats needed to solve service problems. I brought my Jeep in to have to soft top removed and the hard top installed. In order to do this I had to bring my hard top, to the dealership, in my utility trailer. Jeremy and the other Service Advisors worked with me to position my utility trailer so that it wasn't in the way for the rest of the service customers. I really appreciated the help that they gave me to get my tops changed. More

Shady, Sub-Par Service Center Great sales staff; bought a new Jeep Liberty in 2009 from Mark Schatz and he made the experience a pleasure. We decided to bring the vehicle in to the Great sales staff; bought a new Jeep Liberty in 2009 from Mark Schatz and he made the experience a pleasure. We decided to bring the vehicle in to the dealer for 100% maintenance and service based on the professionalism. We went out of our way from Kentwood to be serviced at this dealer out of loyalty. Over the next few years, we experienced several issues with the service department. At first, oil drips in the garage after an oil change; a result of sloppy work. Ed recommended the rear brakes be changed a full year before they actually needed to be. On the rare occasion my wife took the car in, she was exploited. They would recommend twice the work, as if she was an idiot when it comes to mechanics. After numerous conversations with John, we continued to give the shop our business. The final straw came when I took my brand new RAM 1500 for it's very first oil change at 1200 miles and it leaked oil all over my garage. After taking it to another dealer, they discovered that the filter had not been tightened and I had lost over a quart of oil. I called John and he apologized, but never offered me any incentive to continue service with VAF. I told him I would never take another vehicle to him. My advice, don't trust VAF Service. More
