Non Working ignition and Key Fob Our Chrysler Town and Country Van was subject to a recall for an ignition module and key fob problem. The recall has been on going for many months. Our Chrysler Town and Country Van was subject to a recall for an ignition module and key fob problem. The recall has been on going for many months. When we received notice, I called the dealership closes to my home and got on the waiting list. (bad idea) After many months we're still on that dealers waiting list. Last week, the right slider on the van started to open on its own and the electrical system in the van seemed to have a life of its own. My husband replaced the battery in the key fob but that didn't solve the problem. Then I was out for the day and got in and put the fob in the ignition and nothing. The warning light on the dash said the fob had failed and was not being read so the van was dead. Fortunately a very nice man in the lot offered to help me. He not only drove me home but he called his friend at Van Andel Flikkema and told him of my Van's problem. Well. It seems they had the parts for the recall and if I called Joe Confer in the service department, he'd take care of getting the Van repaired. After talking with Joe and getting the Van towed to the dealership, it was fixed the NEXT day at no cost to us and we have two new key fobs. My husband reminded me that we had leased our last Van from Van Andel Flikkema and had great experience with the dealership at that time. It goes without saying that I'm very great full for the help I received from the Good Samaritan and the very professional service team lead by Joe Confer at Van Andel Flikkema. Thank You!! Excellent customer service! I took my Chrysler Town and Country in for a few issues. I was impressed by their customer service, particularly the service technician that worked on I took my Chrysler Town and Country in for a few issues. I was impressed by their customer service, particularly the service technician that worked on our van, Joseph Confer. They have a great waiting area with decent coffee and have shuttle service, so I was able to get dropped off to work. Their shuttle driver was also very nice (Bob) and friendly. Joseph also was able to save me some money and work with me on the total cost which was extremely helpful, especially during Christmas time when I don't have money to spend fixing our cars! I will definitely keep taking our van there when we need something else done on it. Highly recommend them! More

Over the years, we have purchas over 10 cars from them and had them service each of them. Chrysler should be grateful that it has such a fabulous dealership as this. They take good are of us. My 2005 Sebring is named Dantonio (imagine where that name came from!) and they take great care of him even though he is now getting older at 144,000 miles. More
