Worst dealership around This place will sell you anything they can but good luck getting things covered under warrenty. If you have a jeep wrangler and have any mud on it the This place will sell you anything they can but good luck getting things covered under warrenty. If you have a jeep wrangler and have any mud on it they will refuse to cover it. They told us it would be covered and when we got there they told us it would not be covered because there was a little mud under it. Worst service department ever. Will recommend anyone NOT go to VF. Don't shop here After servicing my 2005, odd things kept getting broken that I kept having to bring it back in for, things that don't normally break. Also misdiagnosed a failing part on that car, which having worked on my jeeps in the past I was able to diagnose myself and had to for them to repair. One time in particular I ended up with two identical service forms only one said my car was fine the other said there were all of these issues. One hand written and one printed from a computer. Apparently I wasn't supposed to see the hand written one. Ended up trading it in and they told me one amount and then tried to change it after the fact. Then they sold me a 30,000 dollar jeep with two bad tires. The night they sold it to me, they claimed the tire pressure light was on because it was cold. Next day I had one flat, took it to a tire place, turns out I had an illegal plug in one tire and the spare had been put on to replace another tire because the original tire was damaged and wouldn't hold air. Hey claimed the car was inspected. Their solution was offering to sell me a set of tires at full price. Also my parking brake didn't work, btw it was a stick shift. They fixed that but it still doesn't work and my shifter knob fell off in the first month because it was already broken off. Pretty much they are bunch of lying garbage. If you buy something, pay bottom end and assume they are trying to screw you and that the car is broken. More

It was important to me to trust the salesperson, and get someone laid-back and knowledgable. He said "I've go the perfect guy for you, Christian Flikkema." He couldn't have given me a better person. Christian was able to answer my many detailed questions and was very low pressure; just an all around good man who honestly cares about getting you exactly what you need vs. selling you exactly what he needs to. I left very happy with the whole experience (for once). I got a great price on my new Jeep and my trade-in as well. My compliments to the owners, your dealership is professional and your people are very well trained. This is the place I will refer my family, because they treated me like family. More

I can in for just a routine alignment because the wheel was off and it pulled. they had it for 3 days and i test drove it they said it was fine. but the truth is it appeared nothing was changed. i went back talked to kevin. he said its great but it was not. so i went to van andel and thought its a dodge dealer and they can fix it. belle tire MELTED the ties rods together and you could not adjust it. after dozens of calls and emails i got a reply form the area manager and he said "it was that way or they used the proper amount of heat to get the bolt to move" they said they would not cover the $600 damage and the alignment was the best they could do. van andel fixed it and aligned it perfectly. they are the best and don't lie to you either. it still is working great after 4 month More
