Even after multiple days, they continued to try and resolve the matter. The team also rented us a new car, while working on our vehicle at a very generously discounted rate. In the end, the on/off problem still eludes us, but we are very happy with the extra steps they took trying to put the situation behind us. Plus we're elated that there were no charges for the troubleshooting efforts. We will be back when it acts up again. More

Questionable Ethics Having leased a new Chrysler Pacifica from Your Local Car Guys. I received a car from a dealership many miles away. I leased the car, then went back one week later and the company was no longer in that location with no forwarding address. Tried to contact my sales person with no response. Contacted Van Andel with no response. I am stuck with trying to figure out where to take my new car in for service. Something is not right receiving a new car and neither company will contact you back. Will not be back to either company. More

Ben making the deal possible Ben came right out to help me find a car. He showed me the difference between the models while I told him what I wanted in my car. He told me all about the car while test driving it because it had many special features included in the car. After we bought the car, he explained all the features displayed on the monitor and even set up our phones. He also told me to call him if we couldn't set the garage buttons in the car. He went beyond his service helping us. I would send all my family/friends to buy a car from him. He was very kind and welcoming and really made you feel like he cared.
