As a result, many of the fluids still checked ok being that they had not been subjected to severe seasonal temperature changes (condensation). Fluids will be replaced as needed during subsequent service events. They actually commented on the superb condition of the vehicle. More

Consistently Honest Communication We were experiencing a transmission issue after purchasing our vehicle at another dealership out of town. The vehicle was under warranty, so we went t We were experiencing a transmission issue after purchasing our vehicle at another dealership out of town. The vehicle was under warranty, so we went to a local Dodge dealership to get the issue taken care of. After being given the run around at that dealership for weeks, the problem was still not resolved. Unfortunately for Van Andel and Flikkema (haha), they were located pretty close to where we were getting frustrated so we pulled in to see if they might be able to help us instead. At the time we pulled in, their service department was closed, but Kyle, a sales employee, took the time to listen to our issue, and immediately got us in touch with the right people. Without hesitation, the staff promptly worked on diagnosing the issue. They acknowledged that there was a problem, and took it upon themselves to seek expert advice, get us an answer, and solve our problem. The time the vehicle was in their care was relatively short compared to the previous experience we had at the other dealership. Joseph did a really wonderful job of keeping us in the loop; there was not a time that we felt like we didn't know what was going on, or that we were forgotten about. He made us feel like valued customers. We love our car and it is working great now! Thank you to the service staff for your excellent customer service from the time we pulled into the lot to the time we left with our fixed vehicle! More
