Love my Jeep first of all my salesmen was AWESOME , he was very nice, very friendly, not pushy, very patient with us he was just awesome. I would recommend him to everyone( His name is Trevor Willett ) , so I went for my first oil change, didn't know what I was doing or where to go, walked into the garage and immediately this man came up to me he was Joseph . he was so nice to me, he explained everything to me and he even showed me the waiting room. Buy the way I only waited 40 min for my jeep to be done. when I got to my jeep not only was the oil changed but they rotated my tires,,they also gave my jeep a car wash and put this shiny stuff on my tiers, they vacuumed my jeep out as well all this for only 50 bucks, such awesome and friendly people there I will go back every time to get my oil change. The best place ever More

THIS visit... was quite pleasing I have to honestly say this visit was positive and countered my previous view of the place. In the past, the folks assisting us (my wife or myself) w I have to honestly say this visit was positive and countered my previous view of the place. In the past, the folks assisting us (my wife or myself) were not helpful, were unable or unwilling to completely solve our issue (e.g matching JGC's with exact same issues; rear end hitting hard into gears from a stop, and the infamous "fish bite"), and generally left us feeling we couldn't trust them. This most recent visit, though for different issues, was quite pleasant. The service advisor (Joseph C) was knowledgeable, very observant, and patient. The communication was great during drop off, during, and pickup. I left with all my questions answered & explained to my satisfaction. He took to the time to show the work that had been done easing my distrust of the dealership. I am giving the visit 4 stars because of the above and because previous experiences at VF would have been rated 2.5-3. There are 2 concerns with the visit however... my rear bumper has some new scuff marks that are substantial, as if the vehicle was backed into something low over the weekend. And, the undercarriage was smoking quite heavily when I arrived home which is about 10 miles from VF. Upon inspecting the undercarriage in my driveway, the smoke seemed to be coming from the exhaust pipes or heat shield located near the transmission or possibly the trans itself. I will have to drive it more to determine if this is a new development or if it will dissipate. Stay tuned. More
