Joseph answered my call and asked me to come in for a quick test (looking for codes) to see how much time would be needed to work on it. Was determined it would take a day to resolve the issue. Kept it there that day and the next, when I picked it up and he said the codes never registered when they were going to work on it. I picked up the car and drove it home, but the engine light came back on the next day. I spoke to Joseph and he got our car in right away and the original codes registered again. Car was back in for a day and a half for service once we determined what had to be fixed. Thank you Joseph. More

The next morning, Joseph, my service advisor, was able to work the vehicle into the schedule and have it fixed before I left work at 3 p.m. The 'icing on the cake' for this ordeal, the whole repair- replace transmission line, topping off the transmission fluid, cleaning the vehicle, and more- was covered under my lifetime max service plan ;-) More
