Quick and Professional Jonathan was very professional. He stayed late on Saturday to help us find just the right vehicle for us and get the paperwork completed. Do No Stand Behind Their Work Brought vehicle in for repair - after paying 1,345 bill, drove out of dealership and could tell something was not right. Told them it was not fixed - said to bring it back so I did (so far so good)... However, now the problem is something "different" so another $1,400 to fix the "new" problem that didn't exist the day before. They wanted to "work out a deal" for the repair but I told them NO and took it somewhere else. Turns out things were not done correctly when they did their repair - causing the "new" problem. Not going to do business with a dealership that does not stand behind their work. Everyone is great until things go wrong - then you find out what kind of service you are really getting. More

Sometimes, I am not very comfortable going to get car work done because I am a woman, but he made me feel very comfortable and took very good care of me. I took my car in for a recall and also an oil change and he told me it would be a little over 2 hours. He showed me around the waiting room and I asked if there was an outlet that I could plug my computer into. He showed me several outlets I could use, one being in a private-type room which I thought was very nice. My car was done in less time than he stated. I will definitely be taking my car here from now on! More
