"It's the gamble you take" We bought our Equinox from Van Andel and Flikkema just over a year ago. And in that time, we have put over $3000 worth of repairs into this vehicle. W We bought our Equinox from Van Andel and Flikkema just over a year ago. And in that time, we have put over $3000 worth of repairs into this vehicle. We went in thinking we were making an investment, really getting what we paid for (Or so our sales rep assured us). Turns out we were making the biggest mistake ever. 4 months into owning the vehicle, the All Wheel Drive went out. 8 months in, the entire engine blew. 10 months in, we had to replace the battery, the starter, the exhaust manifold and the map sensor. My air conditioner no longer works due to a blown AC compressor and today, the heat quit working. I was promised a reliable car. One that wouldn't leave me stranded on the side of the road with my 2 year old and 5 year old, but that's exactly what this car has done, numerous times! And when contacted about the issues, their solutions specialist told me that's the gamble you take and sorry about your luck. This is the most we've ever spent on a car and it's been the biggest waste of money by far. I find it funny that they're now running ads about how friends don't let friends drive junk, yet that's exactly what they sell. More

I've had my Jeep Renegade since May 2015, and for the most part, I've only needed regular LOF service. When my radio and speakers were not performing as they should, Joe stuck with it, and although I had to return a few times, I knew the team was doing their best to figure things out. I travel a lot and those guys help keep the tunes sounding good. The free WiFi and clean comfortable waiting room makes waiting much easier. I highly recommend Van Andel Flikkema. More
