Service manger very helpful I just purchased new tires from this dealership. I ran over a bolt in the road and ruined the tire. A new light bulb in 2 weeks? My regular service guy is Joe and he wasn't in when I arrived for service. Told another service rep I needed a new passenger side running light replac My regular service guy is Joe and he wasn't in when I arrived for service. Told another service rep I needed a new passenger side running light replaced and that I had just had that same light replaced just two weeks ago. Joe gave me a high-five when he saw me in the lobby--which I thought was cool--but we didn't talk about the bulb which I thought was okay since I had already checked in with the other rep. Today's service was great, and Joe fantastic as always, but I had to pay $15 for a two-week-old light bulb that should have lasted longer than that. :-( More
