Excellent customer service experience I worked with Joseph Confer on this visit as I have also done during prior service appointments. Joseph was able to get my Jeep in for service withou I worked with Joseph Confer on this visit as I have also done during prior service appointments. Joseph was able to get my Jeep in for service without an appointment as it had gone into 'limp' mode and was not safe to continue driving. I was then given a ride back to work by a friendly driver via VF's courtesy shuttle. When it became apparent that the Jeep required an extended service stay, Joseph arranged for a well-appointed courtesy vehicle for several days. Finally, the repair was covered under the FCA's extended powertrain/emissions warranty, saving me the deductible on my extended warranty. More
