Great and Timely Service Visited VanAndel Flikkema dealership for an oil change on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was immediately met by Marie Gibson upon arrival in the service bay. No less than two minutes and I was in the waiting room, while they took my vehicle right away to a bay technician. I was told by Marie that my service would be complete in 45 minutes and after 45 minutes, came back to inform me they were finishing up on the rotation of the tires and it would be another 15 minutes. 15 minutes on the dot, she returned with my keys, reviewed the 35 point vehicle checkup with me and I was released to the cashier!! The checkout was speedy and I was on my way. Yes, this was just an oil change, but their service maintenance is handled in just the same way.That is why I buy all my vehicles from VanAndel Flikkema!!
